Have you ever had any members warn you about members apart of your staff being bad for your forum? What did you do?

I just removed a moderator on my forum for having a history with one of my partners as a moderator, and he or one of their old moderators scammed him out of the money during a promotion.

Never had any problems like that with any of my staff, only issues were ever members complaining about moderation actions taken against them. On the odd occasion, their complaint would be justified, and it would be dealt with appropriately (with the moderator involved always supported and encouraged to not be afraid to make occasional mistakes). Incidents were rare though.

I certainly was never contacted about any staff being involved in financial scams or anything like that, that'd be a definite no for me for obvious reasons. If I did receive such an allegation then I'd obviously conduct an investigation best as I could and then determine action to take from there.
