No because 'exclusive' in my book equals 'elitist'. But that's just my personal take.
Well that depends.
But a resource based website could easily be monetized by different levels of data available, with the lowest level being free. Depending on the function of the forum.
But a forum with lets say, just hidden forums or web-based chotski's, I think I would rather just ask for donations.
