Do you have a section for knowledge base articles on your forum? In case you have it, what was your purpose of creating section for knowledge base? Well, I am running two forums and non of the forums have knowledge base articles. However, I am thinking to create knowledge base section on my investment niche forum for SEO purpose.

Due to the forum I have at the moment, I don't need a knowledge base on my forum but there is a need for news articles related to the niche of my forum that I use instead of a knowledge base.

 

If the niche of your forum allows for a knowledge base, I would 100% recommend it as it can help you a great deal, especially in bringing in new users looking for information.
