Forum management isn't an easy work no matter how you look at it. It's why one either runs his or her forum based on a short term goal or long term goal. For short term goal, the forum is pushed to a certain stage and it's sold while on a long term goal, it's never sold.

 

How long have you been running your current forum?

I at the moment own and co-own a forum. The forum I own is a wrestling niche forum and I have been running that now since March 2024. The other forum that I co-own which is a gaming and content creation-related forum I have been running now with my other half since 2019.

 

Revillution has been around since 2009 though when my other half first opened it up and started running.

My current forum has been online since 2020, but it was on hiatus as I took a break from the internet for 4 years. I returned this past January.

 

In all honesty, you could say I’ve been running it for 4 years, but I’d prefer to say it’s been actively running for the past 6 months.

It looks like my board turned 6 years old 2 days ago.

I no longer have a forum but the longest I've run a forum was about 2 years
