Supposing someone was trying to buy an email list. (Not that anyone would do that because it's against some EU law)

But in the past they had problems with sellers because they've been either morons, scams or just too lazy to respond.

 

Now the buyer wanted some specifics like:

 

-(1.)- It should be nations like the USA, England and France

 

-(2.)- It should NOT be email addresses compiled from platforms like p*rn hub because the traffic is garbage. (freeloaders & pirates)

 

-(3.)- The list should be compiled from lists of people who have paid for adult products in the past.... OR, it can come from casinos or crypto enthusiasts.

 

MY QUESTION(s) :

 

-(A.)- Would sellers send someone a message to let them know they can help?

-(B.)- Does paying only in crypto help the situation ?

-(C.)- Are there people who really look for email lists like that... or are they being too specific?

 

And finally, why is it that these days, so many people have no problem screwing over individuals but when the "government" farts they all line up to kiss its ass and obey?

 

A curious mind really wants to know!

To a degree, I can fully understand why one would like to buy these lists. Email marketing is still a very lucrative marketing. I do it all the time, although from lists I’ve build up myself throughout the years.

 

The selling and buying of those lists are however not legal. They are often accumulated by people in a way that isn’t very legal or common. And with that you tend to attract sellers that aren’t legitimate.

 

Paying in crypto opens more doors for these sellers to get away with the scam. In all honesty, you attract what you try to gain. So my humble advice, find a better more legal method. This way more likely you’ll run into legitimate people not trying to scam you. (Hypothetically all of course) It’s however also a much more slow progress. But slow progress is still better than no progress and being scammed.

The selling and buying of those lists are however not legal.

I can't comment about Europe but I can about the good old USA

On #5 my life would have been seriously screwed over had it not been for the pioneers of the 1970s and 1980s who told the government to go f*ck itself.

 

nb: I warned everyone that I'm a pornographer and not a content creator. As such, I understand that many people fear the government and don't want to take 'risks.' However, that's a personal decision and I find it ironic that in the era of 'fight for your rights - social justice' that overwhelming vast majority lack a backbone.

 

So, I will find a way to make myself clearly understood. It's just a question of how much I have to dance around an issue or if I get banned. (Although, I admit that I'm quickly running out of platforms to torment and I'll probably have to start trolling Meetup computer events in my area LOL... LOL... LOL)

If these things aren't legal, why would you be interested in acquiring a list of lawbreakers? If you're against the existence of the things, that's a problem for law enforcement rather than yourself; if you are for the existence of the things, having a list of such people puts both them and you at risk.

 

If one is serious about privacy, one wouldn't want to compromise others' privacy for their own gain, surely?

-(2.)- People who 'obey' authority are people that I've learned can't be trusted.

 

People who 'obey' authority can and frequently do screw others over. But unlike criminals, they almost always seem to get away with it.

eg. Kind of like the power tripping p*lice officer who tases someone for no good reason and only gets "suspended with pay."

 

Criminals with a 'bad reputation' don't get very far. They're stuck always trying to make a fast buck and constantly have to re-invent who they are.

Getting out of the bed in the morning puts your life at risk... Anyone who can't handle the risk should stay in bed because it's not my job to make other people feel safe.

 

Besides, banks and government screw you over for your private data far more than I ever could.

 

So anyone who's worried about a small time pornographer getting their email address should just get off the Internet.
