Posted March 30Mar 30 Some free software like SMF, MyBB and WordPress (bbPress, WordForo mods) are self-updating, and of course, paid stuff (XenForo etc ) is, but self-updating still requires some user help, with the exception of WordPress maybe.
April 1Apr 1 Yes I prefer self-service software it lets users access information, resolve issues and complete tasks without needing direct support from customer service reps. It is always very easy and convenient to use.
