A couple of negative reviews are not a problem, you cannot please everyone. However, if your negative reviews are more than positive reviews, it will become a problem. You will have to see why people are posting negative reviews.

Exactly how I see it, one or two bad reviews don’t worry me, but a pattern does. I’d dig into what people are saying, fix recurring issues, and respond professionally to rebuild trust and credibility.
