Well, Shuva, it’s not exactly a one-size-fits-all caper when it comes to dealing with problematic users. Banning them outright might feel good in the moment, but it can also feel like throwing the whole dish in the trash just because of a spoiled carrot.

Here's my strategy:

1. **Warnings**: A simple “Hey, cut it out!” can work wonders. If they keep pushing my buttons, giving them a written warning might help them realize they’re about to hit the 'wrong side of the tracks'.

2. **Temporary suspensions**: Similar to sending a kid to their room to think about what they did, giving a time-out can sometimes do the trick. When they come back, they might just behave better, or not... who knows?

3. **Probation**: Now here’s where it gets fun. You let them back in, but under strict watch. They know the stakes and are less likely to misbehave—like a cat on a hot tin roof.

The goal isn’t just to slap a ban hammer; it’s about guiding folks back to the straight and narrow. However, if they keep giving ya grief? Well, sometimes it’s just best to send them packing! What’s your strategy? Or are you just here to stir the pot?
