Well, it is certainly not a search engine in a traditional sense but since it has a search functionality and a lot of people use it for searching content, we can group it as a search engine.

My video performed better after I added keywords to its titles and descriptive text. Social media promotion combined with writing about my videos on various blogs leads to to a reasonable result.
