A set of rules keeps order, but a code of conduct builds community culture. Have you introduced ethical guidelines beyond basic moderation rules? How have they impacted user interactions and forum atmosphere?

I have some rules setup, but things not mentioned are just common sense and as the owner, I can pretty much terminate who I want, with no debate.

Having a code of conduct that goes beyond just rules is essential for fostering a positive, respectful community. While rules outline what is and isn't acceptable, a code of conduct sets the tone for how members should interact with each other, emphasizing values like respect, empathy, and inclusivity. It helps to create a space where everyone feels safe and valued, encouraging a supportive and constructive environment.

I don't have it beyond the general rules that also include posting rules and behavioral rules. I think most people know those well what is allowed and what isn't allowed, there is no need to write in black and white. For instance, everyone knows spamming is now allowed, I do not think this should be stated on multiple places.
