With social media dominating, some claim forums are fading. Yet, niche communities continue to thrive. What adaptations have helped forums stay relevant? Have you integrated social media strategies, or do you believe forums offer something unique that will always have a place online?

For me forums are not dying . But as a paid poster i think paid to post forums are dying. We just have very few of them around now. Hopefully more sites will spring up soonest
Personally i feel forums are pretty much in between, like they are in a state of struggle as it is.
I think forums aren't dying, they've just evolved. Traditional ones like phpBB faded, but platforms like Reddit thrive. I still use niche forums for gaming tips or car mods. They’ve just changed shape, not disappeared.
Niche forums thrive by offering focused, in-depth discussions not easily found on social media. Integrating social media strategies, like sharing forum highlights, can expand reach. Forums offer depth, structure, and lasting content, ensuring their relevance.
