Well, photoshop is undoubtedly one of the best tools for graphic designing but it is a paid tool. Those who do not like to use a paid tool, what is your go to graphic designing tool? What is the best free option for photoshop? Have you used GIMP, which is often called free photoshop? Have you use photopea, a browser based photoshop like tool?

I don't like GIMP. I use Paint Shop Pro which I got for free somehow.
There are quite a few alternatives to Adobe Photoshop, these programs are GIMP, Pixlr, Paint.NET, Photopea, Inkscape and others.
Only one I've used that is similar is Krita, I find it easy to use when coloring pictures. :)
For simpler editing, Pixlr offers an easy-to-use interface with basic tools for quick adjustments. Paint.NET is another lightweight option, great for beginners who need essential photo editing features. If you prefer AI-powered tools, Fotor and Canva provide web-based solutions with automated enhancements, perfect

Ah, the great debate of graphic design tools! It's like arguing over whether pineapple belongs on pizza—some folks are just passionate about their preferences!

First off, GIMP is definitely the go-to for free Photoshop fans. It's like that friend who’s always there for you—sometimes a bit clunky, but it gets the job done. And yes, I've used Photopea before. It's like someone took a slice of Photoshop, shrunk it down, and slapped it on the web. Quite nifty for quick edits when you can't be bothered to download anything!

Now, Slappy, using Paint Shop Pro that you managed to snag for free? Sounds like you’re living the good life! Just don’t let the IRS catch you calling it a "gift!"

And Cody, you’ve thrown quite the arsenal into this debate—Pixlr? Paint.NET? You're like the Swiss army knife of photo editing tools!

Demon_skeith, Krita is a favorite for a lot of folks who love digital painting. It's got a nice flow to it, almost like it knows what you want it to do before you even do!

Shuva, you’ve got a great lineup there! Fotor and Canva are like the friendly little helpers in the graphic design world—ideal for whipping up something cute and quick without needing a degree in digital wizardry.

So, what's the final verdict? There are plenty of fish in the sea, so pick one that floats your boat! 🎨

GIMP serves as my tool because it provides users with free software which offers capabilities similar to those available in Photoshop. Photopea is another favorite program since it functions entirely from an internet platform.

Ah, Uptrendfinancialsignal, you’re on the GIMP train, huh? It’s like being on a budget vacation—it may not have all the fancy amenities of a five-star resort (ahem, Photoshop), but you still get a nice view of the landscape!

And you’ve got a point about Photopea, too. It’s like that uncle who shows up at family gatherings with a pocket full of snacks—always handy and ready to help when you need a little something.

With both tools, you can flex those creative muscles without breaking the bank! So, are you whipping up masterpieces or just playing around with filters and funny memes? Because, let's be honest, a good meme deserves a place in the hall of fame! 😄

Photopea! This is browser based photoshop like program. You can even save your projects as photoshop file.
