AI generated videos and deep fakes are making a big buzz in the social media. There are people who promise that Ai generated videos can bring upstream revenue and the lure is that people get to interact without having to reveal their face. Personally, would you be impressed with faceless, AI generated graphics spitting social media accounts?

 

I am often not very impressed because the ideas are outdated and there is a distinct tone to what AI generates and what real humans create as content creators.

 

What are your thoughts?

I do not care whether the video is generated by a bot or human, what I care is whether it is informative, educational or entertaining or not. I look for the substance.

I rather that AI don't make videos of any high quality, if someone can generate any kind of reliable video, then it will become very hard to maintain correct information being passed around.
