Microsoft launched bing, its competitor to Google’s search engine back in June of 2009.

 

Do you remember when Microsoft launched bing? It’s been 16 years now since Bing launched and they’ve been a steady competitor to Google ever since. However, they still have a lot of marketshare to catch up to Google, but having alternative search engines is one of the best things of the internet.

 

 

 

Do you still use Bing to this day or not really?

I remember mocking Bing back in the day, my wife did too. We just couldn't understand why anyone would use it over Google. Now days I like Bing, because if you use it you can earn Microsoft reward points and you can use those points to get Xbox gift cards essentially paying less money on games and subscriptions. Also Bing isn't that bad of a search engine, it's miles better than Brave's at the moment IMO.
