Do you ever lock old threads on your forum?

 

I've locked a few threads that were no longer relevant because a lot of my posts are promotions with a end date.

I never lock threads unless they're going off the rails and people are breaking rules or if the topic was about an update I rolled out.

I also never lock old threads. I don't see the point, if a member wants to reply to a thread that was started a very long time ago I encourage it.

I don’t lock threads unless they’re breaking my forum’s rules and go off the rails, just like [mention=62]Ravenfreak[/mention].

 

Locking threads down just because isn’t something that I do, I’d rather keep them open for long term discussion.
