As a webmaster, do you usually look for web hosting deals when searching for a new server for your website, or do you generally purchase one outright without shopping around?

I was interested in Hostinger a few times, but I've never gotten their yearly deals. Anyway, they look like good deals, assuming you don't need fancy luxuries.

That's how I got suckered into going with Ionos. They had a deal that was pretty damn too good to be true, for one year my hosting would only be $6 but I didn't realize that I had to actually sign up with a contract and then they kept upcharging on things. So I've moved to Hostinger. I usually don't look for deals with hosting these days. I look for deals on domains though every once in a while.
