Do you collect anything?

 

I collect Yu-Gi-Oh cards. I've been collecting them since they first hit the shelves in the USA. I sometimes thought I was done with the game and either sold some cards or gave them away, but I have a massive collection of thousands of TCG cards. My primary nostalgic collection is cards from the original TV series. My most expensive card is worth a little over $100. My holographic cards combined are worth thousands of dollars, according to an app I use to track the values.

 

I also have a medium-sized collection of statuettes from some of my favorite films, TV shows, and games.

I think they have special group meetings for people like that. But I refuse to go. I will not change because some people think I am a hoarder.

 

Alas, I am a collector of things (sobs). And I don't want to stop.

 

Honestly though, I enjoy collecting things that remind me of people I know or knew, and places I have been, or moments of memorable times in life.

 

But of course it's all completely subjective.

I used to collect baseball cards when I was younger, but I sold them all a few years ago.
