Does anyone here at Administrata play any sports?

 

I play football (European football) at an amateur level and I also play rugby for a semi-professional side... interested to hear if anybody else is involved in any sports or is a part of any teams!

I was only in two different sports during school; soccer and gymnastics. I was terrible at both of them.

I played baseball for a couple of years when I was younger, and I loved it—it’s my favorite sport.

I've always been interested in American Football - visually it seems like a very similar game to our rugby, however, having got well into American Football over the past few years and learned a lot about it - it's not at all similar, it's a very very different game. I'd love to try my hand at playing, unfortunately there are very few teams here in the UK, they're geographically spread, and most actually play a slightly different version of Football called "Flag Football" which just seems to take out a lot of the contact which is no fun, that's why I'm interested in the first place! :LOL:

I love sport, i play football snooker ping pong.

I don't play anymore. I use to play organized hockey.

I play pool and snooker. I was an athlete growing up. Lettered in football, wrestling and baseball. Played senior baseball when I was a freshman. Everyone thought I'd be the next Ted Kluszewski. He was a local guy that made it to the play in the pros for a long career. I tried out for the St. louis Cards. Got hurt in a freak accident during the tryout and that was the end of my career.

I love snooker aswell actually, although I'm not very good at all! I remember celebrating like an absolute madman when I managed to put together a break of about 30 once a few years back. I don't play very often at all, maybe a couple of times a year, hence probably why I'm not very good, but I do enjoy it on occasion. :)

 

I enjoy watching snooker too. I dabbled in boxing when I was much younger, but I was way too overweight and simply not fit enough, if I didn't finish somebody in the first round I was a goner. :ROFLMAO:
