Do you think it's necessary for a freelancer to have his own lawyer? Personally, I don't think so because most of the freelance websites have their Terms of Service which you have to adhere to when working through their platform. If there's any need for sorting out disputes, they have a system to get it done which you don't need to involve a personal lawyer in the whole issue.

 

What are your thoughts?

I do not have one for now, but I know that I would eventually need one in the long run. I have not gotten to the point of needing a written agreement as of the moment.
