Handling taxes as a freelancer can be very overwhelming. For me, it's very essential to keep track of my expenses and income throughout the year. What I do is use a spreadsheet to log everything. I log from client payments to business related costs. That way, I’ll prepare myself for taxes.

Unfortunately, the file which you attached seem to have been removed or it's broken. When it comes to paying taxes on when I earn as a freelancer, all of them are taxed when I get paid through the payment system I use. I don't do any other tax calculation and payment after getting paid.
It's very essential to set aside a portion of your income for taxes each month. That way, you will not be hit with a huge tax bill at the end of the year. And, I also try to consult with an accountant who specialises in freelance taxes. Trust me, it's worth it so you can have peace of mind. Having a tax professional on my side has been a game changer, and I don't have to worry about taxes anymore. They will help me navigate through the complexities of freelance taxes.

If you know how to calculate your taxes, that's going to make it a lot more easier for you to know exactly what you're supposed to pay. Get the money ready and pay it as and at when it's due.

Taxes will vary country to country, but generally speaking as a self employed Indian you are needed to declare your income to the authorities yourself. Intentional inaccuracy may result in fees, fines or even prosecution in some cases.

In the UK, we are allowed to earn up to £1000 before the need to declare the income to HMRC.
