Everyone has their strengths and abilities. Some believe that they will do well as business individuals. Others feel like they do not have the flair for business, but jobs.

Which is it for you, and why?

I prefer to run a business because the autonomy and freedom it offers can't be beaten by a traditional job. Don't forget that you also have access to unlimited earning potentials as well. The rewards of entrepreneurship outweighed those of the traditional job.

I'd rather have a job and run a business on the side. Then, as the business grows, I'd definitely go all in.
This is the way. I don't think many people who say 'I want to be my own boss' understand how difficult and stressful it is to be successful. With a job you just gotta turn up, running a business means e v e r y t h i n g is your responsibility - and that's a giant pain in the ass.

I would rather own a business that maintains itself with sustainable growth. It's been a goal of mine for awhile, but I've been working hard towards that goal for the last year.

Couldn't agree more!

I would rather have my own job than run my own business. While it may seem cool on paper to be able to work on your own terms, there's a lot more than just that when it comes to owning a business. You need to be responsible and you have to oblige by federal laws and regulations especially if you're hiring other people to help you out. It's too much of a headache to own a business IMO. I'd rather have a full time job and some gigs on the side. (Which is what I'm doing at the moment anyways lol.)

Run my own business. I work for me now. Do alright for myself. I used to do everything myself. Now I hire out somethings. Was running 3 businesses at once before. I don't like the paperwork end of things. My taxes got out of hand, so now I have a guy for that.

I'd rather run a business. This is because I would have the freedom to pursue my passion as an entrepreneur. I can also make decisions with no hinderances.
