I have had other forums and my interest may have been hit and miss. But my father, who we shared similar interest in the subject that I have put forth on my recent build, was stationed at RAAF in 47/48. After his recent passing I have enjoyed looking at some documents and pictures of cool aircraft and things at the time that he has kept. The spark for a forum came to me after watching the latest UFO hearings. I have enjoyed building it, likely not ever going to be monetized as it isn't needed, is a personal hobby. But I would enjoy members to share with and hear their shares and thoughts.

Awh I love this! I'm sure your dad would have LOVED your forum. I find sometimes hobby forums are better than building a forum for stats or something. When it's a hobby I feel like there are less expectations and just more about having fun and sharing knowledge.

Good on you for starting a forum that you are really passionate about!

Honestly, I’m enjoying learning new skills. If I get to talk about and share a hobby of mine in the process, it’s that much more rewarding.
