Stress reliever?

I listen to music or go for a walk as a stress reliever.

I tend to not stress a lot though as it’s not good to do so.
 
I second listening to music as a stress reliever. It helps me stop overthinking and start jamming.

Engaging in meaningful conversations online or helping people in subjects I'm knowledgeable in seems to help, too.
 
I'll usually listen to music, or I'll switch mental tasks. One thing I enjoy doing is writing creative fiction. I can change my mood from one of frustration to one of excitement.
