I miss what little I had with mine so much as I was in sales and then in warehousing as a full-time student to power through my bachelor's and MBA in 36 months (60-80 hour work weeks away from home), sometimes staying overnight at a hotel cause the drive home would've been too dangerous, until she was about 3 or 4.
Now, she's a bratty 13-year-old teen who just asked (asked is putting it lightly for a teenage girl) to get her hair straightened. And, of course, she got her way.
I've spoiled her since day 1, even though I wasn't present for the good times. I just hope that'll pay off when I'm older and in need.
