Growth If you could go back and create your forum again, what would you do differently?

Get in, get writing content, it doesn’t have to be perfect to be worthwhile.

I think I have violated all those and more at one time or another.

Coincidentally, I am on day 3 of a new fun project, and seeing the OPs post as well as my prior experiences, reminds me of things I do need to consider while building this out.

I wonder what new mistakes I can discover lol. But I do tend to try different than norm things from time to time. Sometimes it works, sometimes not so much.

We all make mistakes, all the time. I have yet to find an active admin who doesn’t make mistakes. Even an admin that doesn’t do much makes the mistake of not doing much.

I probably would have tried to pre-promote and post more content before the grand opening.
