Do you create websites with the sole purpose of selling?

Creating websites has always been something I have enjoyed since my mid-teens when I used to make websites using Geocities, jeez that was a while ago!

Nowadays, even though people still create websites as a hobby, some also create them to sell them to make a profit.

Do you create websites with the sole purpose of selling?

I was doing this until recently but now I have stopped doing it because the marketplace where I used to sell websites increased listing fees and changed from unlimited listing time to 3 months.
