You need to widen the text input (or decrease margins/padding around it) to bring the preview button up for a complete fix.

Glitzy stuff that's all over the place. If it sparkles, shakes, moves or draws my attention, it annoys me. If you have good content, you don't need to resort to adding those things. Sometimes those things can be hard to read if they're text and if they're moving, they get in my way of clicking on things I want to click on.
Of course, but then again it leads to penalties on the search engines as well.
Which I hope some owners think twice about.
