1. I will take my chances, case 1, 2, 5, 9, 20
2. We've been having that issue too so we're working hard on it. We are really unsure what is causing it to be honest but we are working on it. Thank you for staying patient =)
3. All together I've had 3 forums. 2 were general forums and this new one is about AIChatGPT and other AI services.
4. Indeed you can have too many staff members just like you can have too many cooks in the kitchen. It's good to have staff but too much staff can hinder your forum's activity. Members may not be as comfortable posting if the majority of the threads/posts are from staff (Unless it's a new forum) but too much staff can make the forum look dead. Currently on the forum I am co-founder of there is just me and the founder and we like it that way. We are doing a huge re-launch in December and though we are hoping for great activity we don't really want too many staff. Plus him & I basically got things covered. No need for too much staff and for it to be overwhelming.
5. I think my biggest forum challenge to date is getting everything behind the scenes done. I am by no means a technical person so sometimes I struggle at things like making medals or special name titles etc. Anything with graphics I pretty much hire people to do because I am really not good at it nor do I have the eye for it. Give me makeup and a face and I can do wonders but give me a graphics program and an idea and I can give you something that looks like kindergartener drew haha. The posting and the coming up with ideas for events, contests etc. I can do. Anything graphics I need help.
6. I will kindly decline the offer and go with cases 15 & 17
7. Thank you for this really informative thread! I was actually thinking about promoting on reddit however I was unsure how to do it or when to do it. This thread really helped me answer those questions. Thanks again Cpvr
8. Thank you so much! That actually looks amazing and very well done. Would you happen to know of any free plugin? Thanks =)
9. I used to do this (10+ years ago) and I'm not proud of it, but I did. For me it was more of a clutter feeling than anything else. I felt like if my forum had too many pages it may be overwhelming to some people. So, at that time I would prune posts. Now I wouldn't do it unless it was spam. I now understand more about forums and know that every post counts =)
10. I have never thought about starting a wiki page to be honest. I am not that tech savvy lol! But I'm happy for you for starting a new project, that's always exciting!
11. Does anyone know of any good XenForo shop plugins? I looked for a bit online but couldn't find anything though I'm pretty sure there must be a plugin somewhere. Thank you so much! I really appreciate all the help and feedback.

Amazing services thank you soo much Pehulz I will definitely be using your services again in the future. Honestly 10/10, fast & accurate service. He gave me choices to choose from and was very helpful. Would highly recommend Pehulz services
13. How cool is that! I had no clue this thing existed until now! Thanks for that =)
14. Oh neat! You'll have to let me know how the "Sider" goes! Thank you! We are excited to be re-launching and hosting our first ever event :D
15. Currently the community that I am co-founder of is having a re-launch in December. I'm hoping that after the re-launch we will have about 3 new members a day. I know that's going to include a lot of dedication, maintenance, posts & threads, but I am ready and excited for it. It may take some time, but it'll be worth it.
16. I'm always scared that if I copy and paste from ChatGPT that it's plagiarism. I did in the past just copy and paste but I found that boring and like I wasn't really a part of the of the creativity of it. Now though I do use ChatGPT for help, I always add my personal touches to it and add some text such as a real-life example. I find it can be easy to just use what ChatGPT says and paste it wherever but it doesn't feel personalized. Sometimes, I'll ask it, based on what you know about my writing style, write this in my style. And it does seem to work for the most part. I still add a few things but it does help.
17. This is a great video! Thank you for sharing. A lot of great points and advice. I agree that you should keep your members engaged and involved when making big decision on the forum/website. Of course, the decision is going to affect them too so it's a good idea to allow them to have a voice and say. Thank again for sharing this!
18. So I've had this happen to me in the past. I trusted someone I shouldn't have and got really screwed over. The plan was that me and this other user were going to open up a new general forum. They were good at the coding and most of the behind the scenes things where I was more of the posting/threads and coming up with community ideas such as events, contests etc. Before the forum launched the other user asked me for all of my ideas and plans for the website to make sure that I was serious and wanted to open a general forum. After sending this user all of my plans and the details of everything they basically blocked me on everything (including the website) and proceeded to launch the forum without me. The worst part was that I didn't know a lot about forums back then and didn't really know what I could do so I didn't really do anything other than message people on other platforms/forums to let them know about what happened and that I will no longer be opening up the forum I had worked so hard on for the last half a year. It was definitely a punch to the face that's for sure. The worst part is that the user is still active on some other forums and I'm pretty sure he's done it to more people than just me. However, because this issue happened on my forum (or what was supposed to be my/our forum) he was never punished on other forums though I was certain he would do this to other people. He still roams on the forums to this day.
19. Thankfully I'm just a co-founder and when I got to the forum pretty much everything was already set up as far as payments go. Currently I have spent $0 on the forum, though if the founder wanted some help with some payments I would step up and help. At this time, I don't see us needing to pay for anything else on the forum though. In the past I had paid about $100 to set up my forum. But that's including hosting, domain, getting my logo made for me etc. I was really lucky and didn't have to put in a lot of money.
20. I just started being co-founder of a website yesterday so it's really hard to gauge how many hours I'll continuously spend on it however, the last 2 days I've been spending over 6 hours of the forum. I've been trying to come up with edits, improvements, posts, threads, event ideas etc. I'm hoping that by the time the forum is relaunched (in December) I'll be spending about 4 hours a day on the forum. I may not be replying or posting the entire time but I will be working on things behind the scenes to make sure everything is ready to go.

22. That's also a very good point. Sometimes if we wait too long to pull the trigger it may backfire. It's good to nip bad members in the butt right away before they get too into the community.

Okay, do you take payment before or after the service is completed and which way do you generally get paid? Like do you do Paypal?
