1. I just got rid of my only moderator, so yes I believe I'm capable. I also don't have much of a social life outside of my community, so I got a lot of time to dedicate to it. With that being said. I do have friends I seek for advice if I need it. I often trust Cpvr for his experience.
2. A lot of forum owners that do post exchanges are more than willing to do exchanges with general discussion forums. I am one of them. PM me if your interested.
3. It takes more than hard work. You must be dedicated, forums usually grow slow unless you have a great promotion strategy, and a budget to advertise. You also need to stay motivated to update your community on a daily basis at least that's my approach with my forum. I consider it my hobby/job that will pay my bills in the future. I grown my forum for free in a lot of ways, but I do pay/invest with on going promotions to help my community reach new heights.
4. How was it a insult? I'm sorry I think it's funny that I see people start countless forums then merge them. Maybe if more attention was put to one forum, you wouldn't need to merge. Merges only help with content, maybe get a few members, not if all the sites are small though. Probably a lot of the SAME members so I think the merges are basically pointless. Again, not a insult just my opinion.
5. Have you ever had any members warn you about members apart of your staff being bad for your forum? What did you do? I just removed a moderator on my forum for having a history with one of my partners as a moderator, and he or one of their old moderators scammed him out of the money during a promotion.
6. No I wouldn't, if I removed them it was probably for a good reason.
7. I don't need a story or care for one. This is just an observation. I've seen a lot of communities merging, and it's also my opinion. You don't have to agree with it. 😎
8. I've been laughing on the sidelines at all the small communities merging together. Don't start a forum if you don't plan to see it through.
9. I'm curious how long Google Search Console typically takes to index a new site, anyone know? How often do you check Google Search Console?
10. I don't really think niche matters. If you own a forum in general it can benefit your forum for backlinks(signatures and directories), and you can also do post exchanges, or purchase posting packages on many admin forums, including this one. Post exchanges and paid posts DO help a forum grow, and gain quality content.
11. Loyal fan bases are the best fans. I think my following is pretty loyal. I have a few super loyal followers from my niche.
12. My forums: https://poker.community and https://pokerwebmaster.com I'll exchange with most forums. I'm not looking for daily exchanges. Weekly or one time post exchanges only. I'll consider trading 1:1 posts consistently if you bring my forums good posts.
13. Looking for StockPoker Sub-affiliates: https://pokerwebmaster.com/threads/stockpoker-sub-affiliates-wanted.43
14. When starting a new forum, does your past connections from admin forums help you grow your forum? I started a poker affiliate forum a few days ago, and we already got 5 members who I either know from my poker forum, or other admins/forum owners. One of my new members recently started a new crypto poker site, and they found the site from a discussion on my forums.
15. What's your thoughts on unique/human generated content vs AI content? I'm always going to prefer unique content that's written by humans, and I strongly believe it's better for SEO.
16. Our poker forums just hit 250 members, and we'll be one year old in less than 2 weeks!
17. I think majority of users prefer a lighter theme. I don't have a dark theme available because I have additional pages with HTML that only work for lighter themes. Obviously having a option between a light and dark theme would be a better solution.
18. I decided to launch a second poker forum at: https://pokerwebmaster.com Please join and become our first members! PokerWebmaster will be a poker affiliate forum. I hope to turn my new forum into a great resource for poker affiliates, and webmasters!
19. What if members are going to be away for awhile but plan to return? If they publicly announce they're leaving my forum. I'll probably leave the post open unless they're completely trashing the forum.

Hi and welcome Jimmy to Administrata.
21. My forum started with a dark theme, and we transitioned to a light theme. Lighter themes are easier on the eyes.
22. I regularly send out bulk emails when we have promotions, or updates happening on our community. It has helped give my forum a boost. My new partnership with Twitch streamers has brought in a lot of members aswell.
23. It they act out again, it doesn't hurt the forum to ban them, but I've also had members I've unbanned that started to contribute.
24. What do you think about AI usage on forums? Do you think it can help a forum gain real members?
