Members, Topics, or Posts
Active members is a good measurement of success for a forum. How many members actively visit the forum each day? That's what I look at when considering the success of my own community. Posts are another priority, and ranking high in search engines is another way I determine my own success.

Do you keep an eye out on your competition?
I do watch the moves of my competitors, and adjust my site accordingly with on-going promotions we offer on our forums such as our leaderboards.

Human Spammers
Yeah, and it's super annoying creating more work for me when I want to focus on other aspects of my site.

Human Spammers
Yes very weird. Good thing Xenforo has a tool to remove all spam/posts at once. I just wish when I clicked the spam button it'd permanently delete the posts. I also banned several IP addresses hoping I get less accounts doing it. The into posts are always really generic, and mention nothing related to my niche.

Human Spammers
Does your forum have any issues with human spammers? It's become an issue on my forum as of late. I don't think these accounts are bots, but I've been getting users that sign up, and create a generic intro post. I wasn't thinking too much about it at first, but I've noticed multiple new users doing it, and never return afterwards.

Best Captcha to Prevent Bots on Your Forum
Thanks. This helps. I've had spammers getting through lately and posting a intro thread, and nothing else. I just switched to Key Captcha. I hope it's better.

Best Captcha to Prevent Bots on Your Forum
What captcha service do you use to prevent bots from joining your forum? I've been using Google Cloudflare, but I noticed lately some spam accounts have been getting through, and I removed them.

Payment Providers for your forum
I prefer crypto as you can't use PayPal for online poker. I don't have any account upgrades on my forum, but it'll likely accept both PayPal and crypto if we add account upgrades in the future.

Is social media management worth paying for or should you do it yourself?
I can't afford to pay someone to manage my social media accounts, so it's worth it for me to do it on my own. I don't mind the grind.

Social media blast, email members. We might also do giveaways when we reach certain milestones.- Places on Reddit that you can advertise your forum
Reddit has been decent in my efforts to promote my forum. However you need to watch your karma, and keep your account in good standing, so be careful posting links on new accounts.- What goes on behind-the-scenes on your forum?
I frequently make business decisions behind the scenes of my forum. I also discuss certain members, and if any actions should be taken towards their account with my other admin if situations arise where I don't know how to handle it, or need a second opinion.- Administrata Lottery #2 - Ready to win big?
