Happy new years eve, less than 24 hours until the new year!
  2. You should include a link to your forum in original post. I might be interested in a one time post exchange. Maybe 10/10? My forum https://poker.community
  3. I've brought my forum back after it disappeared for a few months. I did start over with a backup, so it wasn't from scratch. Have you ever succeeded reviving a dead forum? Do you still have it?
  4. I don't care what people think. I'll never let my forum die. I'll always keep improving, and taking my community to higher levels. Technology has improved, but so have forum softwares such as Xenforo.

  9. Shoutbox can and does take activity away from a forum. However, if the shoutbox is used consistently it can boost activity, and have its benefits. It helps me provide fast support to members in my community.

  14. I wish for #2 please.
  15. How do you deal with members that always complain on your forum? Do you give them a warning?
  16. Do you have any goals for your forum(s) in 2025? My goals for my forums are to reach 20k+ posts, and 500+ members.
  17. If I see the discussions and activity increasing on my forums, it does make me more ambitious, and increase my motivation. How about you?
  18. I guess it could work on some forums, but I'm not a fan of using AI for my forum.

  23. I don't think any niche is overdone. Competition is healthy, and it keeps us on our toes when we're trying to be on top.

  25. I used my competitor forums as a guideline when I started my community, and I built categories based on what I believed what'd be the best for my forum. Over time, I slowly added more sections as my forum has grown, and become more active.
