My forum will never die, it'll only flourish. That'll always be my mindset.

My forum started with a points/credit system. It works for some communities, not all. I felt it was making my forum too over cluttered, and it made my users confused when they didn't know how to use their credits. We no longer use a points system for posts.

I refuse any addons that would add AI bots to my forum. I hate communities with AI responses in posts.

It's not about investing money. It's about having a site that appeals to your users. Xenforo is way more user friendly, and up to date with technology. I'm glad your community received a boost after the move to Xenforo, congratulations!

Smoothies are my favorite. I also like to eat fruit with whip cream or ice cream.

I'm a coder, and I try to be creative with my forum to set my community apart from the competition. I love building cool things for my forum. The only unique thing I added so far is our leaderboards. I do have more features planned to further enhance my forum/site. Have you built anything cool for your forum?

I've had members that disliked other members in the community. I won't remove anyone unless they break the rules, and enforce them when needed.

Xenforo is worth the upgrade. It can get pricey with addons, but the overall experience on a Xenforo powered forum is better.

I'm saving up funds for a vacation to Montreal to play poker at Playground Poker.

The last thing on TV I watched was episode 3, season 4 of Power: Raising Kanan.

I am working on a idea I have for poker teams, and I think it'll further enhance my community.

Vanilla ice cream made with cookie dough is my favorite because they taste great together.

Daily activity and longevity is how I some up the success for forums. If a forum is highly active, and is well-established I consider those successful communities.
