1. Not without paying and who knows how much it would be.
2. I just want something as workable as the mod was in the past.
3. I wish I had the coding skills to fix the add-on for alerts. I mean, I really love the software. It actually seems to have more approved and working free mods then the other free brands.
4. Some people claim MyBB forum software isn't very mobile optimized, but that's not it's main problem. You can find mobile optimized themes, even for free, but the other aspects of the software have major problems, like the alerts add-on.

It's working really well, but the problem is I have a full-time job and it's difficult to find time to do my part.
6. Of course, tapping into addictions raises ethical concerns, but if a gas station owner is selling coffee, then how evil a person is he, lol?
7. Sometimes you can convince people to be interested in the main topic or you can just focus on attracting members who already like the main topic.
8. Having mobile optimization, not necessarily an app, though, is crucial these days. In fact, half or more users I think access websites via mobile.

I have post exchanges going on, but no paid posters. I'm just too stacked up with bills to set aside the money.
10. It depends on what's on it. If it caters to greed or some addiction, then it could become very big and powerful, even these days.
11. You can't really police what people, who are not bound by contract, do on your forum, aside from rudeness. However, paid posters and those doing post exchanges are probably expected to stay way more on-topic.
12. That's funny @Community Pete :D
13. Well, you had that story about Jesus and the moneychangers, and it seems like so many preachers these days are obsessed with money.
14. Everything in one forum, for the most part, is the better idea. I've come to this conclusion after having many forums with only minor work on many, so why not just put everything in one basket? Anyway, though, I might still have one or two more forums, because I can't sell things (ethical concern) on my religious theme forum (for one thing).
15. Is the haircut a mullet? :D
16. Maybe featured articles or videos on other forums, on YouTube etc.. ..
17. Dark mode is easier on the eyes, but that's not a big deal unless you're in front of screens for hours
18. Well everyone likes to joke around or diss others stuff. That's just human. No need to be so sensitive, ha ha.
19. Yes, we should Rey619 is a good guy and an inspiration to all of us here. 👍
20. This forum is making huge progress, probably because of the management and resources Rey619 is putting in.
21. Do you feel they are giving free software a chance? Of course, there can even be snobs who shun paid software because they are obsessed with DIY (do it yourself). Myself, I'm open minded to all software and don't give others an attitude about their choices.
22. Admin Junkies and Forum Promotion are always useful, and this forum has promise to be like them in the near future.
23. I don't like it on my forums because I want to know who said something, but to each his/her own.
24. My phpBB forum has a dark mode that comes with the theme. You simply push a button to change things.
25. Knowing about the person's home area (culture etc.) is a good icebreaker.
