I dont think there is anything controversial about AI in forums. Its bilge and using AI to generate/moderate discussions must stop. Forums are all about forming 'real communities' and nothing else.

Would you donate money to a forum that you frequently visit even if no benefits are included? I prefer not to donate to forums unless I deriver certain over the top benefits compared to registered members. For example, when I was actively roleplaying in Harry Potter forums, I used to donate to buy certain new character powers that is required for the character that I roleplay. Apart from that, I find no other reason to donate money to a forum. What are your thoughts?

AI generated videos and deep fakes are making a big buzz in the social media. There are people who promise that Ai generated videos can bring upstream revenue and the lure is that people get to interact without having to reveal their face. Personally, would you be impressed with faceless, AI generated graphics spitting social media accounts? I am often not very impressed because the ideas are outdated and there is a distinct tone to what AI generates and what real humans create as content creators. What are your thoughts?
