It's mainly the body background that I thought made the theme look wicked. The current theme is nice too!

Out of curiosity, what happened to the original theme?
3. I think it depends on various circumstances. If they originally agreed to be nothing more than a volunteer to help the community out, then I think it's safe to say they shouldn't expect payment. If it's a brand-new forum that requires little effort due to the inactivity of getting the forum off the ground, then I think it's best to wait until the community is well-established before offering payment. Then again, if you're hiring someone to be a part of your message board to create content, graphics, codes, etc. it may be fair to agree to offer them a payment beforehand. If they're doing the average things moderators do such as posting around, moderating, building community spirit, etc. it all depends on how much money the board owner has and is willing to offer to do "general" work like this. It is up to the board owner whether their staff are paid. I don't think it's 100% necessary to offer paid positions for people willing to commit whether they gain incentives or not. Plenty of virtual items can be provided rather than currency for staff positions. Currency is likely the #1 incentive to encourage staff activity and engagement, but as I said, dictating whether staff have paid positions is circumstantial. It can depend on various factors, such as the workload, the type of work, how much time you expect them to be online and engaging, etc. The more you expect from an individual, the less likely you find volunteers willing to work for non-currency items.
4. It's not too awkward, but a girl I asked out in the past repeated herself two times asking if I knew where she lived. I found it odd considering that a.) we never went out, b.) she had a boyfriend at the time as far as I was concerned, and c.) we didn't get along the best when we worked together because asking her out killed any friendship we could have ever had. When she asked I told her it was none of my business.

I visited Walmart to buy socks, cereal, and a candy bar. Nearly all my socks had holes and are now trashed and replaced with my new socks.

Our dog came from his visit to the vet this morning for vaccines and a general checkup. He has to have a lot of medication to calm him down around strangers. My sister and father were on their way to take him back to the vet because he was shaking a lot and it seemed like he was about to throw up and had a hard time breathing. I sure hope the poor pup is okay. My sister and dad have to go out of town to take him to the vet he visits. It's about 30 minutes away.
7. I ran a general discussion forum for a period when we decided to split the general discussions on my resource board into its own board. I closed that forum down and moved general talk back to my resource board, so my resource board got a fresh start when we moved them back over since we moved very few topics from the trash can back to the new general discussion forums. I think content is key when running a general discussion forum. You have to generate significant content to keep users interested and engaged. Having consistent contests can help out as well. You have to find a purpose to keep users coming back because general discussion forums mainly re-invent the wheel due to being one of the most common niches you'll find across the web for message boards. It's hard to come up with unique ideas and features due to so much repetition, but the more unique you find your forum, the more likely you are to discover more interest. I closed my general discussion forum down due to not gaining much traction and because I concluded that separating the two boards was unnecessary when it's fine to have a general discussion area on a resource board as long as it doesn't become the focal point.

What an awesome way to incentivize posting and promote your board! I added the banner you made me that one time, Cedric!

I bought a new Yu-Gi-Oh Structure Deck that was released today! It goes by the name, "Blue-Eyes White Destiny". For those familiar with Yu-Gi-Oh, Blue-Eyes is my favorite archetype and I collect all sorts of Blue-Eyes cards.
20. I received a Valentine's Gift from InMyOpinion and two from Cpvr, for which I am most thankful!

For what duration?
22. Don't give away the core aspects of your forum. I created huge code/skin indexes for the InvisionFree software and pretty much freely gave them away by posting the source code for them on a board intended for suggestions/feedback. I never was accredited for my work. It took away the primary draw-in for new visitors to my board.
23. I used cPanel once when we started a forum-like social network project if I remember correctly.
24. In all seriousness, I would probably try to find out what others are saying about me if anything.
