Sure thing. An off-topic section helps members leave no stone unturned as far as convos go, if you know what I mean. Which explains why an off-topic section helps make a forum "complete," in my opinion.

I'd rather go to the beach for that relaxing ambience it portrays.

I'd rather have a job and run a business on the side. Then, as the business grows, I'd definitely go all in.

I'd start from scratch. While it might take time, I think it's the best approach in building forums, at least in my opinion.
