Yeah, talk is always the best option, if you can make it happen. Understanding the root of the problem and finding creative solutions goes a long way, but there are those who just...can't get along. In those cases there aren't really many choices.

Just the two left for me, but I'd renew in a heartbeat for a 3.x revive...with good devs. Hell, I'd renew my wBB license if it wasn't so convoluted to use. Or UBB.Threads if it was being developed efficiently
