There will forever only be 1 admin (access to CP, and files/servers) and perhaps 1 part-time (in Japan, so I have legal precedence here too, and can work out issues 24/7) on my sites that I'm building. However, they'll be a W-2 or 1099 employee, so I'll have all the info I need, along with employee agreements (NDAs, non-competes, license agreements, etc.) to take their house from them if they ever did anything silly. But, once you have someone as a W-2/1099, they're likely going to do their job as required. At that point of verification, there is very little they can gain, compared to the consequences, by doing something stupid. This will be for employees who will be issued a company card, too. They'll have a max of like $1000-2500 to spend, and I'd hope they spend it on improving areas they need and properly annotating what the expenses are for. But, it's not like that won't be audited either.

Header image is nice on mobile, but I'd sticky the nav bar on mobile*. You lose the ability to navigate easily (and see DMs and alerts) while farther down the page without having to scroll up.

This has never happened to me, but I would immediately delete it because there can be pressure from both sides (do it/don't do it, with the former being on toxic forums, which I plan to have at least 2), message them that their account has been locked for 72 hours (and lock it from posting), as well as sending them a list of emergency hotlines and suicide hotlines for each country. That's no fun. I liked just beating people around with their arms tied behind their back. Brroooooo I went from 30 strength to 10. Instead of hard coding a 10% double-hit, it should be based on the agility or some other stat. Say... (Agility / Rand(2-5)) * (Speed / Rand(2-5)) / Rand(1-10). At a base 10/10, this would give an odd of a double hit at anywhere from 0.4% to 25%.

Extra spacing, padding, etc. are my pet peeves. As a new member, I wouldn’t want to intrude. I would familiarize myself and get "known" before scrutinizing little things, and approach in a friendly manner (except below). DoH themes has way too much out of the box on all elements and is somewhat of a bad UI cause they don't fix the minor issues like this. Adding too much graphics is what kills a game like this for me. Your battle is going to need some work though, as I'm sure you know. There will be loops within loops within loops to determine. Loop from 1 to X until HP is done for either one (something like this). Who can attack first - Speed How much damage they can get in or avoid - Agility How much damage they can inflict (by comparing the other person's speed and agility) - Strength How much damage is averted by either party - Defense
