Rebranding and Merging: The Hot Trend in Communities?
Rebranding from RS was also necessary as I was unaware that they'd be all uppity with the domain name alone, not comparing it with the content, to toss it into Safe Search, which isn't an obvious thing to be made aware of (there's no messaging that your site is in Safe Search in Webmaster Tools, etc. — I accidentally stumbled upon it by VPN hopping and trying to see what my snippets visually looked like).

Rebranding and Merging: The Hot Trend in Communities?
And, it got even more entertaining as I made my last reply before bed. They got some tall horses up in the stables of ForumPromotion. (High horse pun) I can drag this on for as long as they keep replying. 🤷♂️

What's the least amount you used to start any business?
I prefer Registered Agents to take care of As well as other communication. Typically runs around $200 plus state fees. But, they also file for the EIN with the IRS, saving a headache, to be able to open a checking account (and line of credit) with ease.

Well hi
That didn't answer the question. I asked you if you're open for negotiating, which would involve you asking other parties if that were the case, and coming back with a Yes or a No. Or, you could've given a hard No as you wouldn't even entertain the idea to propose to other shareholders.

How long does Google Search Console take to index a new site?
I think it's instantaneous indexing, of at least the first page, if you have robots.txt set up correctly. You can test it to try to see how long it takes the first indexing (with the new titles if it's already indexed) by searching Google for: [iCODE]site:yoursite.com[/iCODE] However, the question is about Google Search Console reporting data. I find that it takes 48-96 hours before any reporting is updated for you to see after submitting the sitemap, etc., and it's very minimal as to what's shown. It takes about a week to two to get real useful data flowing in. But, if you have Analytics, you can get an idea of what you'll see almost immediately such as where traffic is coming from at a minimum, as Search Console lags behind it since Analytics reports in Real Time while Search Console has to aggregate keywords, pages, clicks, impressions, etc.

Rebranding and Merging: The Hot Trend in Communities?
Did you notify all members on Agora that they were going to be merged here? I don't seem to recall getting any notice whatsoever of this action. I am pissed beyond belief that my data could be used over here too. /s ForumPromotion into one of my forums if Cam takes me up on my open 5 or 6-figure offer. https://forumpromotion.net/threads/roflmao.184512/page-2#post-1859759

ROFLMAO
ROFLMAO has rolled out an exciting update, introducing ribbons and medals to celebrate community contributions and excellence. [HEADING=2]What’s New?[/HEADING] Ribbons: These are awarded for active participation within the forum, marking milestones and engagement. Medals: These recognize a combination of participation and outstanding contributions, celebrating members who go above and beyond. [HEADING=2]Postbit Display[/HEADING] With this update, ribbons and medals can now be displayed in the postbit, directly adding a visual representation of achievements to user posts. This update is powered by an enhancement to the XF Badges add on, which has the potential to be made publicly available. This concept may resonate with communities in (or those former members of) the military, law enforcement, or other organizations where physical medals and ribbons are awarded. In such contexts, ribbons are typically displayed more prominently in daily attire, while medals are worn alongside ribbons on more formal dress uniforms. Do you own any .community forums?
Ok, nothing crazy like XYZ did. Most of their domains were released for $0.99, but they had 5 figure (maybe even 6 and 7) reserved names. My daughter's first name was reserved by the registry for $4000, but somehow I got my wife's for 99 cents, which I still have to this day. $90 renewal on a strong keyword like that isn't bad. Not community, but .forum, I took over and it'll be $40 renewal.

January Submissions – Enter the Site of the Month Contest!
I wasn't going to enter anyway 😤 I really wasn't, by just reading the alert*, since it's just a default DoH style with no edits. There are some badass designs that I've seen recently with newer boards. Good luck to them and their continued growth too!

Do you own any .community forums?
I know that some generic new TLDs had fixed pricing based on keywords, etc., and didn't go by a standard fixed rate as you would see with .com. Did your forum keyword fall into a premium name designated by the registry? If so, how much was it to secure and what is the renewal cost when compared to other .community domains?

December Site of the Month Contest - Time to Vote!
Replied. A graphic should be made for "Site of the Month (December 2024)" - and a template to be used going forward - so that forums can not only promote their success but also make this an authoritative site to award site owners when used on their site.

xenForo Licenses For Sale
I can neither confirm nor deny whether I sniped them all within 30 minutes of posting.

xenForo Licenses For Sale
Are they transferrable at those prices? I thought you could only transfer within 90 days of renewal or something.

Do you offer a dark and light mode?
I do because it came with the style. That said, I prefer to use the light mode, even at night.

Heroel - A... project?
Add a "battle again" button so they can choose to finish them off if they want. More page views as battles take place with consecutive hits/returns. Perhaps add a 1-3 second timer on the button before it enables so that time on page doesn't drastically decrease.

What tasks do you reserve for yourself?
At the moment, anything in the ACP is reserved.

Heroel - A... project?
Just a tip: 30 minutes (regular) and 12 hours (super) is way too long of a cooldown period, unless it were per ability (strength, defense, speed, agility), as that is only 6 page views in 30 minutes. You want users on your game for longer than 30 minutes, as they could accomplish the gold/battle stuff in 30 minutes too. Time on screen would probably average out to about 15 minutes per day because of that limitation (perhaps 45 minutes for more dedicated users, over the span of an entire day). I'd want them to be playing for 2+ consecutive hours or more, which is still possible with more features. But as for now, you have limited yourself to a very narrow window of keeping someone engaged and playing at one time. Not good if you want to eventually add ads as your average user time would be very low, a statistic that advertisers might want to know before selling some serious ad space. I would recommend not doing 0.01% and 0.1% (a fixed number) and making it a range for both regular and super. This way, you can take the cooldown to 5 minutes/1 hour, and allow for training across all 4 abilities. Your page views and time on page will drastically increase with this simple implementation. The tip is an immediate fix for that. I'd at first introduce skinning the character you decide to develop as money = an unfair advantage. Then, you could consider unique weapons, etc., but not unique enough that a non-paying member couldn't catch up with more gym time. You hard-coded the gym (0.01/0.1%) into the game, and another idea here is to not hard-code this. I had levels in a database table that had the requirements necessary for each level so that I could easily modify experience, battle stats, etc., in order to advance to the next level without having to find the code where the level-up achievements are met and code it back in. I could easily see level 2 was 50 experience, and could adjust that to 100 experience if it were too easy. Then, I added other things like number of battles won, which had to be hard-coded in to check if they could advance with what they have, but once that was in, leveling up was all determined based on statistics set in the database for each level so I wouldn't need to code in 100 levels, and could always add 101, 102, 103... levels without messing with the code.

Are you accepting Crypto payments
I dropped 1 of my NFTs today... from my last post about it, it went from 0.8 to 1.4 ETH, so I decided to take some off the table. An annualized return of 100% and overall 800% ROI. Annualized return of 100%, total 800% ROI. And that's a good thing. I don't trust the dollar unless it's on a blockchain. The Pentagon can fail 7 audits in a row. That's my money that they can't seem to tell me what they did with it. If I failed 7 audits in a row? Probably would be in prison for tax evasion. It's going to make them rethink CBDCs, except hopefully with pushback to not be centralized with the Federal Reserve (which I also have a problem with), and to be transparent. I'd much rather be back on the gold reserve, where you could take any bank note to a bank and exchange it for gold/vice-versa if you wanted to, than CBDCs, but that's not going to happen.

Heroel - A... project?
I'd hax0r my stats back again, but they'd just disappear. fdk defeated me in trying. Which is a shame, cause it shows how it can be done, so he could prevent it... but, now he can find out the exploits on his own.! :p
