  1. One way I do so is by making others go through my work, then ask them what they think. I will have 2 or 3 people read and ask them for constructive feedback, then work on it.
  2. There are Facebook groups where writers gather together to inspire one another. There are forums and TG channels too. These communities can help especially when one has writer's block.
  3. I call them prototypes or work outlines. You already know your niche and how you write about it. You have enough of them at hand so that when you need any, all you have to do is edit to suit the client's needs.
  4. I make use of Canva because it is user friendly. Even beginners that have not designed anything can use Canva and create something meaningful. There are a lot of templates I can use too.
  5. It does not really matter what tools you use though, as long as it gets the job done. There are a lot of free tools out there that offer the same value as the paid ones, so why waste the funds?
