My community still practice the weekly sanitation of keeping the environment clean. It's a very good practice because it helps in keeping the society tidy and reduce the risk of the community members falling sick.
However the turnup for this activity is decreasing almost every month, but still there are people who know it important and benefits so they always come out every Saturday to participate in it.

As recommended by the WHO, sleep is very essential and useful to our body system, it boost our intelligence and free our body and minds from tiredness and worries respectively. As a person I spend 6 to 8hrs sleeping, often 2-1hr in day time
I mostly watch TV on weekends because it's the only free day I have. I spends hours on weekends watching it, I can make an approximation of 12 hours every week watching television programs
