Do you prefer to write about topics that interest you?
I'm a creative writer (now I'm at my e-books n.7 and n.8), but for my luck, I love to write about several topics (written lessons in various subjects including music, as I'm a teacher too, economy and finance topics, legal and tax matters, as I also own a law degree). In any way, the mishap would come if only I'd be compelled to write about current international bulletins...you'll be sure I'll die from boredom while writing the second line:ROFLMAO:

Do you prefer forum writing or blog writing?
As a writer, I prefer blog writing because blogs offer me the possibility to publish my e-books, chapter by chapter. They aren't traditional blogs, but blockchain platforms offering a blog to their users. This way I skip editing houses (and their pricing), avoiding to spend a single cent to publish. In addition, I earn cryptocurrencies from curation, boost votes and upvotes. In any way, I also like forums and in fact I joined various PTP forums.

Do you complete writing work in advance?
I do it whenever possible, when I'm not too overwhelmed by the offline life (such a thing is happening too much lately). I prefer to not leave for tomorrow the jobs I'm able to do now.
-
Do you use social media to promote your writing work?
Sometimes, I use Telegram also, because I'm in groups formed by my PTP socials. It's useful to get colleagues' positive votes, as a lot of time each of us knows about new posts in our PTPs following the posts' links.

Do you use social media to promote your writing work?
I'm using YouTube, but not exactly to promote my writing jobs: YouTube is a compulsory step to publish a writing job that involves a video (in my case, I'm currently using video-slides to show the Spanish pronunciation of my last e-book, that I'm writing to give language lessons to English speaking colleagues). In the past, I needed YouTube to upload my e-book trailers I prepared for my e-novels. I need YouTube links to publish these videos on my paid-to-social platforms.

Is Your Forum or Blog a Business?
I own a forum that a friend of mine donated to me in 2022, as he had lost the interest to run it. It's a free from any charge forum, as it's hosted by forumfree (nor I nor the old admin, now having become the tech admin, are in conditions to pay for a domain name and hosting). In addition, I live in a country where bureaucracy is so cumbersome I would be compelled to get rid of my current VAT to open a new VAT specifically dedicated to bloggers and YouTubers, to not get in trouble with the R.S.I. Worse, my forum is headquartered abroad, so due to the financial and tax laws of my country, I should sign a currency exchange contract with a bank, activate invoice billing plus national billing. And it costs an arm and a leg. So I stick with my completely for free forum, that my users and I get referrals for our pay to favourite programs. It isn't a business, nor a hobby tout court. I would say it stays in a middle way between the 2 options, as we earn something from the pay to programs we present when we get referrals.

Good evening
Thank you, happy Wednesday.

Good evening
Thank you to welcoming me.

Do you have a portfolio?
In my case, there's no need of portfolios, as my writer's activity is completely performed online among PTP socials like steemit, hive, blurt and similar. All my current readers are the same members, mods and admins of these platforms and the only requirements the staff asks for, is to respect the guidelines: basically, no plagiarism, AI free (less then an AI produced image is required to participate in a contest), correct tags and sometimes to justify the text. Upvote and interact with other users is also important. That's all I need to publish and earn.

Good evening
Thank you! Yes, forum owners can be in need of a freelancing community. I used Devin's referral link to join agora.

Good evening
Hello everyone, sorry I wasn't able to find the greeting section until now, so I posted before this introduction. I apologise for any inconvenience. I come from DiscussionBucks, as its owner Devin presented agora to his forum's users.

Do you need to have a degree to be a professional programmer?
I can report my husband's experience. Unfortunately, he never had the luck to attend university, so he doesn't own a degree. He only could attend a post-High School technical course of 18 months I purchased for him, that gave him the basics of programming, while was focused on hardware. In any way, he found an online programming course for free, that looks like to be complete. So he is studying, as his idea is to apply for a remote programming job when he finishes the online course. My husband is confident his technical 18 month course plus his current online programming course should be helpful, despite his lack of a programming university degree. In the case of very technical subjects like programming, it's likely a degree is not that essential.
