10 websites to improve your coding skills
This has been one of my go-tos since I started web development.

The Rise, Fall, and Flicker of Standalone Forums: A Look Back at Internet Communities
Not sure it's just me, but I found the article hard to read because of the contrast. Other articles were fine. The first time I got into participating and using forums was during that Golden Days period and it was a lot of fun. Around a year ago I stumbled upon some forums and decided to partake in the experience again. Definitely missed it.

My new PC build
That case is nice. I had a build in mind that uses the Vision Compact. Still thinking about it. Can't wait to hear an update on how it all performs!

Developers, what are your thoughts on pair programming?
It's worked for me in the past. I had issues resolved that I couldn't figure out, but my partner did and vice versa. I do agree with the sentiment that you need a good partner for it to work out.

Is managing more than one forum too much?
I've taken on a few before but it was tough, and it felt like I was implementing a bunch of half-measures to accommodate them. I'd rather just focus on one forum and try to make that as good as it can be.

What makes a blog interesting?
So far, I've noticed that posts that answer specific questions have been trending well. Some posts I might only do an overview, but if I include a section such as troubleshooting, then those tend to be more popular than the rest.

AI For Content Writing
I've used it to help with titles and headings as well. I've also tried generating whole articles as well for subjects I don't know a lot about, but investigating further the information provided was sometimes outdated or incorrect. It was a good starting point though for when I wanted to learn more about something. I'm not sure you need to. Overall, I think it helps but it shouldn't be completely relied on. If it's being used to generate content, then the output should be double-checked.

How to Become a Professional Writer
2 and 4 have been the driving force for my foray into writing. Not to discount the others (which are helpful tips as well), but I found that exposing yourself to other material can help a lot with writing, especially within your niche. It may feel like a lot more work, but I feel like it can go a long way. And definitely don't give up! I may not get a lot of readers (if any!), but at the very least I'm gaining experience and practice.

Do you offer your designing skills as a service?
I only started working on this in recent months, so I don't have the skills required to offer design services. At best I may be able to help with smaller tasks, which I wouldn't mind.

Have you ever attempted to sell graphics you created through AI?
I've created some graphics using AI but haven't sold anything. If AI-generated graphics are to be sold, I feel like it should be disclosed that it was created using AI. Also, some countries (such as the US) don't have/allow copyright protection for this which can be detrimental for those purchasing assets to use for their own projects. This is still new, and I know a lot can change concerning what countries will do.

How long have you been a freelancer?
I'm not freelancing now, but I did for a bit, and it was part-time. I got into it after working with others on a project which led to some gigs.
-
How long do you store client files?
Great question. I haven't thought about this before. I'm not doing any freelancing now, but I've worked on a few projects before and have always just stored the files indefinitely. It hasn't come up, but I've always just kept the files just in case. If I start doing this again, then it seems like a great idea to have this discussion with the client and have it written out. This is another reason I like keeping things stored. I go back from time to time to see what I've done and how I've progressed. It can provide valuable insights.

Running a Forum/Blog as a Business
I came up with the idea for my blog to keep track of things I was working on. I decided to share my experiences and insights to help myself understand better and maybe even help others out. I don't plan to make a business out of it but maybe it will lead to working on different projects and collaborating with others.

Buying a website or building your own website?
I do enjoy web development and building websites from a clean slate. However, if I'm pressed for time and I'm only interested in providing content (as a writer that wants to display their work), then I would look into something prebuilt.

Canva Vs. Photoshop
I've worked on learning Photoshop but it can be a bit overwhelming at times. I've briefly tried out Canva but haven't done any projects with it. I'll give it a go when something comes up.
