Are you accepting Crypto payments
I'm not taking it on any sites at this moment, but I do have a little sitting in one of my accounts.

What do you think about getting a loan to start a business?
Not sure if I would personally take a loan out to start or kickstart a business, but if I did, i would want my own income to be able to handle the potential of it failing in a year. All info I have heard and read, states that if people plan it out appropriately, you should have enough to pay yourself a modest income for the year, and cover basic expenses at the same time, regardless of success.

Inactive Owner & Limited Moderator Permissions
Sounds similar to a number of other forums I've heard about over the years. Forum Administration or Owner goes inactive, moderation staff are having issues because of lack of the Admin help. If you can manage it, get the owner to actually fix stuff and not just say he will look into things. An inactive owner never fixes stuff that they think they have a low priority to do. The few active large forums that had active staff but inactive owners, also had issues with permission sets for the moderation staff. What I remember, is that the staff eventually got around to testing advertising by staff, and eventually managed to publicly advertise a successful move over to a new community ran by the staff, because of the lack of response from the owner and administration. Not saying you should do that, but it might be a viable option in the future, if you are dedicated enough to the community base to want something better for them.

How (Not) to Run a Community
One of the forums I've been on before, the owner felt the need to constantly pay to get people to join, even if it meant forking out all of his disposable income, if it meant he got people to join and be active eventually without paid content. In the end, nearly all of the people who joined up because of pay, left. This same forum, also had overzealous moderation. While that in itself isn't bad if you want to make sure people you pay, are contributing quality, it also distracts from the purpose of the end goal, and people who aren't there to get paid from the paid posting, will end up getting penalized because all the moderators see, is content they think is low quality, without considering context. By all means, run a forum how you like, but I don't want to be on a forum that doesn't have moderators that knows the difference between someone looking to get paid for what they post, and someone that genuinely wants to chat with people for no purpose other than to enjoy being around people who wants to contribute. I wasted countless hours trying to drill in to the brains of these people that harsh moderation isn't what was needed, and actually looking into where things are posted and it's context, was much better for moderation. In the end, the main culprits of this overbearing moderation, refused to care enough to take what I was trying to drill in moderation practices, as legitimate help.

How do you handle criticism?
For a couple of years in the past 6 years, I was finding it hard to take criticism nicely, because I was being attacked far too frequently for small stuff that I had little control over. Partly because those people assumed I was someone that had the ability to fix those issues, as it involved me being paid to work for someone that liked to irritate people. Not sure why those people felt the need to attack me for stuff that couldn't be fixed in the way they thought it should have been handled, but whatever. Live and learn. If it isn't an attack on my personal being for something out of my control, I'd generally consider figuring out ways to work on the issue.

Do you buy items on impulse?
Usually no, unless it is snacks. I normally don't eat fast food, so if I do get something I know ahead what I would want based on how much I am willing to spend. I tend to think out purchases of things that I might want to get. I rarely will immediately buy something, that I haven't took time to decide if I want to get it.

Forum Management and Moderation
Didn't notice until after I made the first resource child to include team leader in the selection of payment options, that it didn't add the child resource to the same page the parent item is on. Added a link to the child item, and will be adding more child service upgrades to the list and linking to them as well, as I work out prices for certain upgrade items. If interested in a service addon that I haven't added yet to the list, or an addon not mentioned, feel free to ask here. :)

How many hours do you sleep?
I generally get 6-8 hours of sleep. Though at times I will try to force myself to get more sleep, if I am able to do so.

Do you complete writing work in advance?
I have only done prewritten content maybe once or twice. Mainly to put up guidelines and rules for stuff, with some modification to make it unique to the place I post it at. I feel like it would be a bit of a waste to write articles, not knowing if what I am writing will be current for something in the future. I had tried it once with an article, and found out I needed to just write up a brand new article to be specific for the place I was going to publish it on.
