  1. I use them on a few of my sites however most don't bother to look or even use them anymore, shop items are very limited and I find having VIP sections is a waste of time, on a big board sometimes they work however keeping content viewable is the reason we all have sites.:)
  2. I like forum contests however as Crystal said above most of them tend to get spammy and most lose interest quickly, Intereasting content is what keeps me engaged in any contest.

AI, or artificial intelligence, is the ability of machines to perform tasks that normally require human intelligence, such as reasoning, learning, decision-making, and problem-solving. AI can be applied to various domains, such as education, health care, entertainment, security, and more. AI can help humans achieve goals, improve efficiency, enhance creativity, and solve challenges. However, AI also poses some ethical, social, and technical issues that need to be addressed carefully. For example, how can we ensure that AI is fair, transparent, accountable, and respectful of human values and rights? How can we prevent AI from being misused or abused for malicious purposes? How can we balance the benefits and risks of AI for society and the environment? These are some of the questions that researchers, policymakers, developers, and users of AI need to consider as they use this technology.
  4. I thought that when I first started using Xenforo, but after some testing I noticed they cant, It's a good feature for large forums with multiple moderators.
  5. I don't think it was the purpose of users seeing what notes admins put on them, it may cause some hard feelings for no reason so I would have to say no, the notes would be kept to site staff.
  6. Depending on what they have done, I know there are a few I've dealt with in the past that would never be on staff again.;)
  7. I have used different control panels on various servers, depending on the operating system and the hosting provider. Some of the most common ones are cPanel, Plesk, Webmin, and DirectAdmin. Control panels are useful tools that allow you to manage your server settings, domains, email accounts, databases, security, and more. They also provide a graphical user interface (GUI) that makes it easier to perform tasks without using the command line.
  8. Vbulletin was a popular forum software that many people used in the early 2000s. It had a lot of features and customization options that made it attractive for online communities. Do you remember using Vbulletin back in the day? What were some of the forums that you visited or created with it?

I've never seen SM generate much of anything for any sites I'm on, I tried them when I had gaming sites however they made no difference.

  21. I think that is the only way I would do this again if we had members that wanted to donate, VIP and other forums are just old school.
