I am having this problem with my forum right now. Starting a new general discussion forum is one of the hardest ones as there's a lot of these forums about. The only way of me getting user activity at the moment is doing forum exchanges which is helps a lot. Even if it takes me a few years to get my forum active I'll do it. :)

DiscussionHQ opened it's doors on the 15th of December 2024. Slow progress at the moment but we will eventually get some good user activity it takes time and effort. I am also looking at doing forum exchanges with general discussion, admin forums register today and message me (Smithy) to discuss this further. Yes I offer both light and dark variations. I prefer dark themes over light themes as it puts eye strain on me and gives me headache if I spend too much time browsing a light themed website/forum.
