Do you read all the posts on your community?
A community leader must be active and updated on the happenings in the forum. That is why I also make my best attempt to read as many posts as possible, but it does become a little more cumbersome as the community gets larger.

Hosting AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions with staff and community members can also be a way to add quality to the forum. I also add a suggestion area where people can message me privately.

Biggest forum challenge to date
My biggest forum challenge will be when our site was attacked with massive spam. That time I didn't know that I could. wipe all the posts made by the spammers in just one click. So, I was struggling to delete the post one after the other and It took me days. Omg! Very terrible experience. They created a lot of fake accounts and posts all over our site.

Have you ever been hacked
It has happened to me before but I was so lucky that the security measures was able to detect the hacking attempt and I quickly shut down the site, then later updated the plugins , change password and also implement some additional security measures to cover up the loopholes. It was indeed a stressful experience but it I was able to control the situation.
