    Prefix Permission issue?

    Not entire sure if this is a bug but I notice in several sections the ability to use prefix which some I do assume are staff based or vip like Sticky. This shows even in this section, along with Implemented, Resolved, i even set this to Resolved even though it's not. [ATTACH]470[/ATTACH] In introductions you'll see we have the ability to sticky prefix as well. [ATTACH]471[/ATTACH] While this is mostly cosmetic i don't think this was intentional and most likely exists in other sections. Sorry if this is intentional by design.
