Or even the messenger ones, where you’re invited to a group chat. Or when you follow a certain page and see after some time that it’s being taken over by some scam/spam account where the content is nothing like before. The more I think about it the more I want to delete it. But the sad part is I can’t, since I’d lose so much memories and photo’s that are dear to me.

Right?! I have disabled notifications as well for many things, pages, groups. Even the things where facebook tags you for “you might be interested in..” ffs. I’ll determine if I’m interested or not. The more I block, the more notifications I get. It’s ridiculous and it annoys me soooo much! Their algorithm obviously needs work.

It just came to my attention how much I deeply hate alerts on facebook. Especially the ones where when you are in a group or follow a page and the admin tags @followers. I don’t care about them. I hate it. And I know this may come off as ironic since I often do it here with the tag “everyone”. But I don’t mind it on forums. Anyone feel the same way? Perhaps this is just a rant topic for facebook rather than the use of tags. Idk. 🤣
