Posted April 24Apr 24 Moderators Seasoned marketers will always put a lot of emphasis on posting on social media at the right time. They say when you post at the right time, it will boost your engagement and reach. But how do you know when is the right time to post. The right time to post is when your followers are most active. You will have to study your audience, know their location, interests, and active hours. Edited June 10Jun 10 by Nomad Sports Forum * ROFLMAO * Off Topicz * Is It Just Me? * Marketing Forums
April 28Apr 28 I optimize social media posts by targeting peak engagement times, varying by platform. For Instagram, I post weekdays 7-9 AM or 12-2 PM; for Facebook, 9 AM-12 PM Mondays. I use analytics to refine timing for my audience.
May 2May 2 The best time to post on social media depends on your audience, but general trends suggest that weekdays between 10 AM and 3 PM work well for engagement. I recommend analyzing your audience's activity patterns using platform analytics to optimize your posting schedule.
June 9Jun 9 Administrators The best times to post on social media is when you’re audience is active, however, as long as you post at certain times, you’ll be able to do quite well. Posting in various hours will help you reach different users, especially in the morning and at night. Posting in groups also helps your page’s audience as long as these groups are similar to your social media page. Owner of a Virtual Pets Forum.

If you have global audience, your audience will be live around the clock. For instance, when someone in the US goes to sleep, someone in Asia will be around. You will have to check the demography. The right time for you to post depends on who your target audience is and when they are online and active. The right time for one business/person to post isn't going to be the same time for the next person. It really depends on your target audience. Understanding your audience is critical for your marketing strategy.
July 9Jul 9 Administrators I think once you’ve been at it for a while, you start to get a feel for when your audience is most active. A lot of it really comes down to when people are done with work or other responsibilities and finally have time to scroll through social media. Timing can make all the difference.
Friday at 05:09 PM4 days Community Expert It depends on the platform.YouTube is usually around 7:00 PM so that's when my uploads publish. On Facebook, I post 4 to 6 times a day throughout the day.I do try to avoid posting on the hour, though. A lot of people post on the hour by default because it seems like the right thing to do. However, because of that, all sorts of content are being shown at the same time. So, start practicing posting on an off time like 10:18 or 13:46 or something like that. But in most cases, your analytics or platform insights will tell you the best times to post and I recommend paying attention to that.Sometimes it's so late that you question it, but you should at least experiment for a month or so and see if it actually does increase engagement. Especially if you're on Facebook, as this will help you create leverage over your audience and establish more visibility. The more you're seen and viewed, the better off your account will be. Just sticking to your page posting isn't such a good idea, as you'll need to create more brand awareness. This works well on other platforms as well, especially when you're actively engaging with other creators. When it's late in the United States, it's generally early in other countries, so you can create a domino effect where everything is active during certain timeframes. If you're audience is kicking during all hours, you'll have a lot more luck on all grounds. Owner of a Virtual Pets Forum.
